A manager leads a team of analysts, across multiple clients, in navigating their day-to-day activities and client responsibilities. They lead client work in providing strategic insights and analysis while promoting growth on their accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership/mentorship of analysts
  • Contribute to client's direction and strategy by influencing decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysis
  • Assist with implementation of client's data strategy
  • Create measurement frameworks that identify KPIs and diagnostic measures for marketing programs
  • Consult on tracking implementation efforts and ensure tagging follows best practices
  • Align with strategy and channel teams on marketing plans to develop key performance indicators to measure program success, implementing a tagging strategy, analyze data through various tools, and developing both insightful and actionable reports to internal and client teams.
  • Assist with toolstack recommendations used to measure performance
  • Manage and merchandise marketing optimization programs (e.g.: A/B testing)
  • Implement, collect, and analyze natural language data across social media platforms and provide reporting/insights for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Assist with scoping and manage allocation of work across team members
  • Review project work output and provide feedback
  • Timesheet approval
  • Advocate for responsible growth of scope within accounts when possible

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years of online media and measurement experience
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Proven experience leading Media Attribution and Media Mix Modeling
  • Understanding of online advertising planning, buying and performance metrics
  • Experience leading qualitative & quantitative research from proposal to presentation
  • Experience with media reporting platform(s) (Doubleclick, Adwords, Social Reporting Platforms, etc.)
  • Experience with web analytics platform(s) (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
